Edward Hilary Rymer ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Rymer was appointed in command of the armoured cruiser Donegal on 11 March, 1918.[1]

On 13 February, 1919, Rymer was appointed in command of the light cruiser Dublin.[2]
