Edward Courtney Boyle ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Boyle was appointed in command of the submarine D 3 on 25 March, 1914.[1]

On 19 October, 1914, he was appointed in command of the submarine E 14.[2]

He was appointed in command of the light cruiser Birmingham in at some pointJanuary, 1923.[3]

Boyle was appointed in command of the battleship Iron Duke in at some pointAugust, 1929.[4]
