Captain (retired) Duncan Tatton Brown, O.B.E. (4 September, 1875 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Brown was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1896.[1]

Brown was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1908.[2]

In 1915, he was commended for the rapidity with which he returned a floating dock at Bermuda to service after it had been damaged by a hurricane.[3]

Brown was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Captain on 2 September, 1922.[4]
