Donald Keppel Bain

Captain Donald Keppel Bain, D.S.O. (16 September, 1896 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Bain was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 May, 1918.
Bain was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1932.
Bain was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1939.
In 1943, Admiral Fraser noted that Bain had "one idiosyncrasy of almost invariably putting forward an opposite point of view on any [illeg]ation [illeg] policy under discussion..."
