Lieutenant Donald Howell Barton, (3 July, 1898 – 10 January, 1924) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Barton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 August 19XX.

Barton died as first-lieutenant aboard L 24 when she was lost with all hands following a collision with battleship Resolution eleven miles off Portland Bill on 10 January, 1924. He is entombed within the submarine at thirty fathoms depth.[1]
