Captain Donald Cameron Bingham, (8 August, 1882 – 23 July, 1946) served in the United States Navy.

Navy Cross Citation

The President of the United States of America takes pleasure in presenting the Navy Cross to Commander Donald Cameron Bingham, United States Navy, for distinguished service in the line of his profession as Fleet Gunnery Officer on the Staff of Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Atlantic Fleet, during World War I.
