Cyril Thomas Hewlett-Cooper ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Hewlett-Cooper was appointed in command of the Aquarius on 6 March, 1913.[1]
Hewlett-Cooper was appointed in command of the monitor Marshal Soult on 15 January, 1919.[2]
