Captain (retired) Cuthbert Helsham Heath-Caldwell, D.S.C., R.N. (7 November, 1889 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Aldershot, the son of Lieutenant-Colonel F. C. Heath-Caldwell of the Royal Engineers. Heath-Caldwell ranked 11th in merit of sixty cadets accepted in the May 1904 intake term at H.M.S. Britannia.[1]

Heath-Caldwell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 May, 1910.

Heath-Caldwell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 May, 1918.

Heath-Caldwell was appointed in command of the destroyer Trojan on 5 November, 1918.[2]

Post-War

Heath-Caldwell was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1923.

Heath-Caldwell was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Captain on 7 November, 1935.

Heath-Caldwell was reported as having taken Holy Orders in 1937.
