Cornelius Octavius Regnart (4 January, 1887 – 27 June, 1941) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

In July 1906, Regnart qualified as an Interpreter in Russian.[1]

Regnart was appointed in command of the submarine C 7 on 15 October, 1912.[2]
