Claude William Bulteel Scobell

Commander (retired) Claude William Bulteel Scobell, (15 March, 1880 – 31 May, 1946) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Plymstock, the son of Reveren J. F. Scobell.[1]
Scobell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1902.[2]
Scobell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1910.[3]
On 5 June, 1912, he was admitted to Haslar Hospital to be treated for syphilis and gonorrhea. He was declared fit on 18 July.[4]
Scobell was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Commander on 15 September, 1922.[5]
World War II
Censorship duties at Inverness and more. Reverted to Retired List on 18 March, 1943.[6]
