Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. Charles Frederick Brown (17 February, 1878 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Brown was appointed Acting Lieutenant-Commander, R.N.R. in Command of the destroyer Vixen on 10 December, 1917.[1]
