Captain Charles Edward Le Mesurier, C.B., Royal Navy (2 August, 1869 – 10 November, 1917) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
Le Mesurier was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1908.[1]
