Cecil Rupert Hemans ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Hemans was appointed Lieutenant & Commander of the destroyer Avon on 20 March, 1909.[1]

On 9 June, 1914, Hemans was appointed in command of the destroyer Lydiard.[2]

He was appointed in command of the destroyer Ossory on 14 September, 1916.[3]

Hemans was appointed in command of the flotilla leader Valorous on 1 November, 1919.[4]
