Lieutenant Basil Arthur Beal ( – 12 March, 1917) was a submarine officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Beal was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1910.[1]

Beal was appointed in command of the submarine A 5 on 31 August, 1912.[2]

He died when his E 49 was mined on 12 March, 1917.[3]
