Arthur Vernon Hemming ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Hemming was appointed in command of the destroyer Garland on 24 July, 1918.[1]

On 31 October, 1919, he was appointed in command of the destroyer Rob Roy.[2]
