Admiral of the Fleet SIR Arthur John Power, G.C.B., G.B.E., C.V.O., (12 April, 1889 – 28 January, 1960) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Power served as gunnery officer in Magnificent at some point.

Power was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 April, 1910.

Power was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 April, 1918.

Power was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1922.

Power was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1929.

Power was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 25 June, 1940.[1]
