Commander R.N.R. (retired) Arthur Howard Notley, R.D. ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Notley was appointed Lieutenant, R.N.R. in Command of the patrol boat P27 on 28 February, 1917.[1]

He was blamed for a 1917 collision she suffered with a barge, and possibly a second one with another ship.

Notley was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 31 October, 1921.
