Captain (retired) Arthur Halsey (31 July, 1869 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Halsey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1892.

Halsey was promoted to the rank of Commander on 21 October, 1900.

Halsey was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Captain on 1 June, 1912.
