Archibald Thomas Carter

Captain Archibald Thomas Carter, R.N. (5 October, 1854 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Carter pass out of the Royal Naval College in March 1877 and on the 7th was appointed to Duke of Wellington. That same year would find him in Squirrel and Alexandra.[1]
Carter was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 December, 1879.[2]
Carter was promoted to the rank of Commander on 14 August, 1890, with a seniority date of 30 June, 1890.[3]
Carter was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1896.[4]
