Admiral of the Fleet SIR Algernon McLennan Lyons, G.C.B., D.L., J.P., Royal Navy (30 August, 1833 – 8 February, 1908) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Early Life & Career

Lyons was promoted to the rank of Admiral on 15 December, 1888, vice Hay.[1]

On 23 August, 1897, Lyons was promoted to the rank of Admiral of the Fleet, vice Hay.[2] He was placed on the Retired List on 30 August, 1903.[3]
