Commander (emergency) Alfred Martyn Williams, D.S.C., R.N. ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Williams was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 May, 1918. He was transferred to the Emergency List on 3 April, 1919.^[1]

Williams was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (emergency) on 15 May, 1926.^[2]

Williams was promoted to the rank of Commander (emergency) on 8 May, 1946.^[3]
