Alexander Robinson Palmer ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Palmer was appointed in command of the submarine Thames on 14 January, 1914.[1]

On 21 May, 1916, Palmer was appointed in command of the second class protected cruiser Juno.[2]
