Albert Markham Hood Phillips ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Phillips was appointed in command of the destroyer Wear on 28 May, 1906.[1]
He was appointed in command of the destroyer Cossack on 1 May, 1912.[2]
