William Gifford Cutler

William Gifford Cutler ( – ) served in the United States Navy.

Life & Career

After duty in charge of the light house establishment on Porto Rico,[1] Cutler was appointed to command the new protected cruiser Galveston on 19 January, 1905 and commissioned her on 15 February.[2]
