U.S.S. Corry was one of one hundred and fifty-six Clemson Class destroyers completed for the U.S. Navy.
Service
Corry commissioned on 25 May 1921, Lieutenant Commander K. E. Hintze in command; and reported to the Pacific Fleet.[7]
