THE HONOURABLE Commander (retired) Roger Coke, A.F.C., R.N. (28 December, 1886 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

The son of Viscount Coke.[1]

Coke was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 August, 1908. Between 1909 and 1911, he received instruction in submarines.[2]

Coke was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 August, 1916.[3]

Coke was promoted to Squadron Commander on 30 June, 1917.[4]

Coke was placed on the Retired List at his own request with gratuity on 1 September, 1920 and was promoted to the rank of Commander on 28 December, 1926.[5]
