Kenneth John Manners

Kenneth John Manners, R.D. (2 June, 1881 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Manners was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 January, 1914. He would serve in the battleship Queen from the outbreak of war through October 1916. He then went to East Africa and commanded the Lake Flotilla, Victoria Nyanza. He returned to England in early 1917 and spent late 1917/early 1918 with otter duties on the South of Ireland.[1]
Manners was appointed in command of the destroyer Osprey on 1 January, 1919.[2]
Manners was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 16 January, 1922.[3]
Manners was placed on the Retired List on 2 June, 1926.[4]
