She was sunk with destroyer Staunch, torpedoed by UC 38.

Dates of appointment are provided when known.

It is not clear when Hill handed command back to Leslie. Hill's service record oddly indicates "- - 1918". Leslie suffered from influenza from 15 June 1916, though the year is not clearly legible.
