H.M.S. Ivy was one of twenty-eight Anchusa Class convoy sloops completed for the Royal Navy.

Service

In June, 1919, Ivy was added to the Twelfth Sloop Flotilla, based at Malta.

She paid off at Devonport on 14 April, 1920.[6]
