H.M.S. Garland was one of twenty destroyers of the Acasta class.

Service

At the Battle of Jutland, she operated with the Fourth Destroyer Flotilla under the command of Lieutenant-Commander Reginald S. Goff.[6]

On 5 November 1916, Garland collided with Lizard. Lizard's commander, Norman Albert Gustave Ohlenschlager was cautioned to be more careful in future.[7]
