Life & Career
Peters was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 July, 1926.
Peters was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 July, 1934.
Peters was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1940.[1]
He retired on 7 January, 1957.
