Franklin Ratsey

Captain (retired) Franklin Ratsey, R.N. (6 November, 1887 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born on the Isle of Wight.

Ratsey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 March, 1909.

Ratsey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 March, 1917.

Ratsey was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1922.

Ratsey was placed on the Retired List at his own request with rank of Captain on 6 November, 1933.
