Frank Horsford Chester

Captain R.N.R. (retired) Frank Horsford Chester (19 October, 1885 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Chester was appointed in command of the destroyer Bonetta on 7 December, 1917.[1]
