Commander Charles Cecil Flemming, R.N., Retired (29 November, 1894 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Flemming was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1916.

Flemming was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 June, 1924.

Flemming was placed on the Retired List dated 1 April, 1931.

Flemming was promoted to the rank of Commander on 29 November, 1934.
