Question about "plating diagram",...

Are you talking about a drawing that shows the "pattern" that is needed for each plate, or a schedule for attaching? If your talking about patterns I think that would be fantastic,.. but I would have to experiment and see what size plates are needed. In some areas tight curves will require multiple smaller plates.

I can hold off on this. By plating diagram, I did mean templates. This is something that on a steel vessel would have been drawn out in advance, because many of the plates when lying flat appear to be very distorted.

What I'm thinking is for ignition, how about the little ignition thingy's used with model rockets?

As for aiming, if you want slow acceleration and deceleration, the easiest method is to tie a capacitor in parallel to the motor (I'll sketch up a quick diagram for this when I get home) to get the basic effect.

I've rather got behind on the drawings. I'll email you the stations as soon as I get home. What I'll do is make you a PDF with the stations at full size for your model, and I'll include an inch long reference line for you to measure and verify correct printing.

That's odd. I could have sworn I uploaded all the stations into one email-all separate files, but all together. As to the scale being off, that's why I provided it. Just adjust image size until it matches 1" printed. I should probably add a vertical scale as well.

Overall, is this what you where wanting, or do you need further changes?
