Welcome to the world of ship modelling.

I'll see about compiling a list of suggested reading for you, but off hand I would recomend the Nautical Research Journal.

At 1:48 you aren't going to find many pre-made parts. Your model is also going to be gigantic.

Have you built a ship model before?

The original drawings must have seen some abuse before they were preserved, the bow is missing in the outboard profile.

With all the hard work archivists put in out of the limelight, how can we expect them to resist the occasional opportunity to take a bow? :)

Excellent work Tone. I love a pun.

Nice bow detail on a pre stockless anchor ship...

Of course, you have to keep in mind that the ship may have been altered. I'm dealing with that problem at the moment.
