Has sent the letter! The information on superstructures is necessary. Wings of the bridge have been directed forward?

Lovely to see your model of the Mikasa, Naumov, but I'm getting a "page unobtainable " on the other links. Maybe I tried at a bad time :D

Watch out for a full-stop and other unwanted characters at the end of the links. If it's not that, then probably slow servers I imagine.

Simon Hartley will be familiar with this superb watercolour painting of Mikasa. It comes from Ian Marshall’s illustrated book “Armored Ships”. We are both great fans of Marshall’s work and I was first made aware of his work at the Dreadnought Conference in Feb this year.

Mikasa was British built and this painting depicts her passage from the Armstrong Shipyard on the Tyne and upstream under the High level bridge at Newcastle.

Every time I tried logging onto that "Warspite" forum, it shouted at me in red letters! And I'm trying to work my way through the "Ruusko-Yaponskaya Vojna" - word by word :).

My contribution to marine art day -

Russian Pre-Dreadnought Borodino

I could have marine art day any day. :D

Is that one of yours ?

Don't disappoint me by saying you forgot to credit the artist.

Hello there!
I'd like to show you some more renders of ship's models from Russia. These low-poly models were produced for the new developing game, which gives to player an opportunity to take part in naval battles at Russian-Japanese war period (1904-1905). It would be a first game from future series of naval games, which includes a game about WWI period.
Japan protected cruiser 'Tsushima':

Russian armoured cruiser 'Admiral Nakhimov':

Japan armoured cruiser 'Izumo' (for example, today this model contains 16673 triangles):

While building these models we met some problems, one of them is absence of technical draughts (schemes, drafts, drawings, etc.) of historical ships, including ships were built on british shipyards. Do someone have any materials concerning that? Any help will be appreciate.

I have no idea why, but my browsers (IE7 and Opera) won't load your pictures, Alexandre.

I have a Russian Book full of paintings of Russian warships through the ages, and the scan of Borodino came from that. Alas, I do not know how on earth to write the artist's name - it reads as "Bovhie Korabli Rossii"

Those models are all really nice, Naumov. Can't wait to be able to
see the ones you posted Alexandre.
